Dungeness River Nature Center

The River Center hosts spectacular exhibits of local birds and wildlife and provides on-site environmental programs for adults and children. Its also home to Railroad Bridge Park at the heart of the Olympic Discovery Trail which features the Railroad Bridge is the longest bridge over the Dungeness River – it was built in 1915 for the purpose of transporting passengers and timber from Port Angeles to Port Townsend.
